The Pay Loader Weighing System from Newton is an advanced Onboard Weighing Solution designed to deliver accurate, real-time weight measurement directly from the bucket of your loader. It helps operators load the right amount of material every time—eliminating underloading, overloading, and repeated trips to the weighbridge.
Our system is ideal for mining, construction, cement, aggregates, logistics, and other bulk material handling industries. It improves productivity, reduces fuel costs, ensures compliance, and provides instant digital weight data on the operator screen and remotely via IoT.
How It Works
Mounted directly on the hydraulic lines of the loader, the system uses pressure sensors and high-precision accelerometers to capture the lifting force and machine angle. The data is processed by our intelligent onboard controller, which calculates the weight in real-time. Weights are displayed on a Indicator and can be stored, printed, or transmitted wirelessly.
