The Loss-in-Weight (LIW) Feeder System by Newton is a high-performance dynamic weighing solution used for accurate and continuous dosing of bulk materials. It operates by continuously monitoring the weight of the feeder and hopper, calculating the rate of weight loss, and adjusting the feeder speed in real-time to ensure precise material flow at the desired (set) rate.
